Her graduate research involved analyzing the relationship between dynamic rock friction and slope instability for the ancient Marysvale Gravity Slide Complex, Utah. Her work combines both field observations and experimental data to better inform numerical models and analyze the conditions required to initiate catastrophic slope failure.
