Mr. Baldwin joined LCI in 2011 and is a Certified Engineering Geologist with over 20 years of experience specializing in large complex engineering geologic and seismic hazard assessments. He has extensive experience in project management and field operations for engineering geological and geotechnical investigations for proposed transportation, water and gas conveyance systems, reservoirs, landfills, nuclear power facilities, secondary and higher educational schools, research laboratories, and correctional facilities.
