Dr. Hartleb joined LCI in 2011 and serves as LCI’s Vice President of Nuclear Services. He has over 20 years of experience designing, conducting, and managing complex geologic and geotechnical studies for critical facilities throughout California and worldwide. He has worked on seismic and geologic hazard analyses, fault investigations, ground motion studies, and engineering geology investigations for commercial and research nuclear facilities, reservoirs and dams, pipelines, transportation, and other large-scale infrastructure projects for public and private entities.
