Mr. Hemphill joined LCI in 2012 and has 22 years of continuous experience using GIS for cartographic production, data management and analysis. His specializations are digital image processing, topographic analysis, graphics design and analytical cartography. His graduate research focused on remote sensing and the analysis and modeling of urban growth and land use change using satellite imagery and GIS.
