Dr. Toro joined LCI in 2012 and has 40 years of experience in the development of probabilistic models for natural hazards. His work is focused on earthquakes, working in close collaboration with earth scientists. Gabriel was the chair of the Senior Seismic Hazard Advisory Committee (SSHAC) Participatory Peer Review Panel (PPRP) for the NGA-East ground motion study.
