Ms. Carrillo joined LCI in 2011 and has over 30 years of executive administrative experience and manages LCI’s Human Resources, Health Benefits, Payroll, Quality Assurance Records and the Concord office.
Thea provides geologists and accounting with additional administrative support such as accounting and payroll, reporting, correspondence, proposal and project tracking, travel arrangements, and project housing.
