Leigh joined LCI in 2019 and has extensive experience in the power industry, including: 1) experience in the design, construction, testing, operation, and maintenance of conventional and nuclear power plants; 2) experience in environmental remediation and related construction projects for the DOE; 3)
experience in the design and fabrication of spent nuclear fuel storage and transportation systems; and
4) experience in the construction, overhaul, refueling, and testing of naval nuclear powered submarines
and surface ships.
