Dr. Kayastha is a Staff Engineer with expertise in topics related to seismic hazard analysis, earthquake engineering, geotechnical and structural engineering, and statistical analysis. He joined LCI in 2023 with prior research experience in probabilistic seismic hazard analysis and directivity effects. At LCI, he has focused on site characterization and development of spectrally matched time histories.
