Mr. Johns joined LCI in 2023 with a background in structural geology, geologic mapping, and paleoseismology. His graduate thesis focused on bedrock mapping of the Avawatz Mountains in Southern California, collecting low-temperature thermochronology samples to constrain the timing of exhumation. At LCI, Wes has worked on a variety of projects involving geologic mapping, and engineering geology.
